The award-winning Catholic Relief Services New World Headquarters is a 153,000 square foot facility located in the historic former Stewarts Department Store building in downtown Baltimore City. A 4-story atrium created as part of the project adds abundant natural light to the open space interior offices and meeting rooms.

The facility also includes specialized training classrooms, assembly rooms, a chapel, dining spaces, exercise room and state-of-the-art audio/ visual, IT, video production, telecommunication and video conferencing systems. International artwork is displayed throughout.

In addition to receiving a LEED Gold certification, the building received a 2007 AIA Baltimore Design award and a 2007 AGC Washington Contractor award.
