As Owner’s Representatives/Project Managers we provide expert assistance in managing new building construction and interior fit-outs, as well as renovation, rehabilitation, adaptive reuse and historic restoration of existing buildings. Due to our diverse personal backgrounds and experience, we have supported clients by providing Project Management services in other sectors, particularly in the energy and environmental fields.

Every project is different, but Synthesis’ principals use our many years of experience to “make buildings happen.” From master planning and project feasibility analysis through site selection, financing, design, permitting, construction, and move-in, we can manage every step of the process.

Our role is like that of an orchestra conductor, pulling all the pieces together to form the whole. The conductor knows when each musician should come in, and communicates with everyone to achieve outstanding quality. We can do that for your project, coordinating the roles of architects, engineers, consultants and builders.
